Lynx were engaged to deliver the Building Automation Solution for the Luxury Westin Perth Hotel.

The five star, 368-room hotel will include 30 suites and an exclusive penthouse suite outfitted with luxury amenities. Other special features will include a rooftop infinity pool, state-of-the-art ballroom and extensive conference facilities, day spa and gymnasium which will cater to guests' leisure and business needs.

 

Lynx’s scope of works is to Design and commission a complete Building Automation solution to hotel complex.

Solution will include the following services –

• Monitored emergency lighting

• Curtin / Blinds

• Audio/Visual Integration

• HVAC Integration

• BMS Integration
