Lynx were engaged to deliver the Building Automation & Energy management Solution for Latitude Apartments. Latitude Leighton Beach is a unique, beachside community offering one, two and three bedroom oceanfront apartments in North Fremantle.  

Lynx's scope of works was to Design and commission a complete Building Automation & Energy Management Solution to the complex.

The building automation solution included control of all common area lighting and integration with the mechanical, fire detection systems.

Applications which included were a combination of local control, timed control, PE cell control, presence detectors, automated control and energy management solution to the entire complex.
