Lynx were engaged to deliver the Building Automation Solution for the new headquarters for HBF, WA's largest health insurer - with approximately 13,000sqm of A-Grade commercial office space over 10 levels.

Lynx's scope of works was to Design and commission a complete Building Automation System solution to the 13,000 square metre building.

​

Solution included user control ‘GUI interface’, control of all lighting, monitoring of the Exit & Emergency lighting and integration with the Building Management System & security system.

Applications which included were a combination of local control, timed control, PE cell control, present detection, remote and automated control, day light harvesting and a fully monitored Exit and Emergency lighting system to the entire project.

2. Targeting a 5 Star Green Star and a 5 Star NABERS Energy rating.
