Lynx was engaged to deliver the Integrated lighting control Solution for the new development.

The Development saw the center almost doubling, growing from 59,874 sqm to 109,000sqm, and incorporating additional supermarkets, large-format international retailers, an alfresco dining precinct and a state-of-the-art 10 screen Hoyts cinema.

Solution included control of all lighting, monitoring of the Exit & Emergency lighting and integration with the Building Management System & security system.

​

Applications which were included were a combination of local control, timed control, PE cell control, present detection, remote and automated control, day light harvesting and a fully monitored Exit and Emergency lighting system for the entire complex.

Special features -

The use of open protocols Abb i-bus KNX with DALI light fittings & integrated DALI emergency light fittings on the one system. Will Give the client confidence well into the future.
