Lynx have been engaged to deliver the Building Automation solution to the new $150 million DFO Perth Project.

The 24’000 sqm/m Facility includes 110 international and national brands, bringing the best outlet shopping experience to the west coast. DFO Perth will also be home to a selection of restaurants, cafes and playground facilities – making it a destination for the whole family.

 

Lynx's scope of works was to Design and commission a complete Building Automation System solution to the complex.

Solution included control of all lighting, DALI monitoring of the Exit & Emergency lighting and integration with the BMS, Fire detection systems.

Applications which included were a combination of local control, timed control, PE cell control, present detection, remote and automated control.
