Lynx Integrated Systems were engaged to completed the Building Automation Solution to the new Aloft Perth.

The hotel will have 224 rooms on 15 levels, a host of business facilities including meeting and conference rooms and a rooftop function room with spectacular Swan River views.

 

Lynx's scope of works was to Design and commission a complete Building Automation System solution to the contemporary 4.5-star hotel.

Solution included user control ‘GUI interface’, control of all lighting, wireless monitoring of the Exit & Emergency lighting and integration with the Audio visual, Fire detection systems.

Applications which included were a combination of local control, timed control, PE cell control, present detection, remote and automated control.
