Lynx were recently engaged to deliver the Building Automation & Energy management Solution to the purpose-built student accommodation & hostel.

 

Plans for the existing building upgrade include provision for 530 beds and 278 Hostel beds. The new construction of 4 floors will provided an additional 465 beds.

 

The roof design will have included alfresco and BBQ outdoor activities allowing for prime views over the city and the western sunset.

 

Completion date 2019.
